Privacy and analytics choices

TripWorth does not require an account. Trip preferences, saved budgets, theme, display currency and analytics choice are stored in your browser. Clear site data in your browser to remove them. A shared URL encodes trip choices and custom amounts; anyone with that link can read them. Do not include sensitive information in a shared trip.

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page views and planning or booking-link interactions. We send page paths and limited event labels rather than the shared-trip query string. Google and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Analytics is not a promise of anonymity.

You can decline analytics and still use the planner. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining after acceptance stops our future analytics events; clearing browser site data also removes existing analytics cookies. No advertising or automatic affiliate-link-rewriting scripts are loaded during this validation phase.

Fonts and some destination images load from external providers, which receive the network information necessary to serve those files. Our hosting provider also processes requests to operate the website. We do not sell saved trip records.

Clicking a clearly marked affiliate link opens Travelpayouts and the booking provider. Their own privacy terms, cookies and tracking apply after you leave TripWorth. The link includes our affiliate identifier and may identify the content placement; it does not include your email address.

If you email us, we use your message and address to respond and investigate your request. Contact hello@tripworth.org for privacy questions or deletion requests relating to correspondence. Browser-only trip data must be removed on your device. This policy describes the current site and will be updated if its services change.
